Directions
Layer in large skillet:
- 8-10 slices of bacon cut into bite size pieces
- 2 lbs. top round roast cut into bite size pieces
- 4-5 thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 onion, thin sliced
Add 2T of water
Cook on medium heat until potatoes are fork tender - do not stir!
Add salt, pepper or seasoning to taste.
